SHIPPING
[A] We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states and by US Postal Service - Click here for shipping cost chart to 48 states. International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer.
When Member chooses US Postal service, Member accepts the risk of total loss of merchandise as WW can not guarantee delivery, nor be held responsible for non delivery, or late delivery, or damage, when shipped by the US Postal Service and transferred to subsequent foreign country postal carriers. Insurance with the US Postal Service is NOT available as the red tape and bureauracy make the processing of a claim for Members (as they wait and wait and wait for months, for their delivery, or a claim to be poorly processed) to be a very unpleasant experience and drags WW into the mess.
[B] Members are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Member misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Member does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
[C] Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information.
Within same day, or 2 or 3 work days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to UPS. (99% of the orders get out within 4 working days after the day we receive payment).
"AFTER", UPS has picked up the order from the supplier in California, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service around the U.S.
For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time. See UPS map.
RETURNS
Making a decision to buy merchandise, at wholesale prices on the internet, and not being able to see, touch and feel it first, is the inherent risk of the consumer, not the retailer that sells world-wide. WackoWear has no idea of the intended use and is not a partner to the consumers decisions.
Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.
Unlike other off-price retailers, we DO take returns from our Members, on qualified items of undamaged, unworn, unwashed like new, pristine, SALEABLE merchandise.
WackoWear does offer a RETURN PRIVILEGE to our Members. There is a 30 day limit or expiration date beginning at the date delivery for this return plan. WackoWear will accept returns of any unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed like new, pristine, SALEABLE merchandise. Lingerie, adult only merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVDs and all intimate items are NOT returnable, nor is any merchandise that is not factory fresh. A return authorization number is NOT required first.
The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.
[A] There is no such thing as an even exchange a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return credit to be applied to Members WackoWear account to be applied to Members next order. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.
[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.
[C] all original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
[D] Merchandise sold by the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.
[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.
[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason becomes a CREDIT on your WackoWear account, which will be credited against a future order. There is no such thing as an even exchange. We do NOT give cash refunds, or send refund checks for returned merchandise.
WackoWear reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above privileges at any time, and or refuse to do business with anyone. |
